Our first step involves an understanding of your Executive Team, your business development goals, and your company systems used to meet those goals. Non-Disclosure Agreements are signed to ensure protection of sensitive company information. This sets the foundation for successful submissions and enhances your chances of winning contracts.

If being contracted to help with general business development and capture, time is spent reviewing past performance, goals for future work, and setting up means of tracking future opportunities.

If being contracted on to help with teaming in advance of an opportunity, potential teaming partners are evaluated and Teaming Agreements are negotiated.

If being contracted only upon RFP or Draft RFP, RFPs are compared to prior RFPs to determine changes and impacts, cost models are built, teammates are integrated in, “Price to Win” analyses are completed, direct rates are found using salary surveys, and cost volumes are written. Reviews are participated as requested in technical, management, and past performance volumes as well as general proposal compliance and completion.

Finally, we offer ongoing support and consultation with detailed records to adapt to changing market conditions, Final Proposal Revisions, Phase-in needs, and contract operations needs.
